Appellant, Johnny D. Allen, appeals as a matter of right from the
Casey Circuit Court's denial of his motion for RCr 11.42 post-conviction relief. Finding
no error, we affirm.
William James Ayers appeals from a conviction for trafficking in a
controlled substance in the first degree for which he was sentenced to five years’
imprisonment. Ayers advances two arguments in support of his contention that his
conviction should be reversed: (1) at the close of the evidence, he was entitled to a
directed verdict because there was insufficient evidence to find him guilty; and (2) the
trial court improperly admitted a video and audio recording of the drug transaction into evidence where the prejudice substantially outweighed its probative value. Finding no
reversible error in either of these contentions, we affirm.
