(1/5/2022) Sheena Baylon received her Bachelor Degree from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois, in 2006. In 2010 she graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Immediately after being admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky she began her career in public service with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy. Sheena is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association. She serves as the defense counsel representative for Campbell County Drug Court and Northern Kentucky Veterans Treatment Court, which she assisted in building from the ground up. Sheena also volunteers for Northern Kentucky Teen Court Program. She has presented at multiple seminars for the Kentucky Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Sheena is on the Northern Kentucky Mental Health Board as well as the Northern Kentucky Volunteer Lawyers Board.
Sheena lives in Fort Thomas, Kentucky with her husband, Chad Cook, who works at Fidelity Investments, and their toilet-trained cat, Crimbie.
