Lindsay Perdue Appointed Directing Attorney of Lexington-South Trial Office
Lindsay Perdue has been appointed as Directing Attorney of the Lexington-South Trial Office. Lindsay graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2013. She interned with DPA while in law school and instantly knew she had a passion for advocating for indigent clients. She worked with Legal Aid of Bluegrass, assisting indigent clients in civil matters, prior to coming back to DPA as an attorney. She has been with DPA in the Lexington-North Trial Office for over four years. As a staff attorney with the Lexington-North Trial Office, Lindsay provided skilled representation to her clients in a variety of cases, including clients facing the death penalty. From misdemeanor to the most serious of offenses, Lindsay provides consistent client-centered representation. She is the mother of two young children and married to Sean Perdue, a private attorney who practices out of Richmond, KY.
