Trial Division Complaints
Most public defenders in the trial division are supervised by a Directing Attorney that leads the office in which they work. When Directing Attorneys are not able to address your concerns, please contact the Regional Manager below who supervises that office.

Post-Trial Division Complaints
If your attorney is helping you with an appeal or a post-conviction, you will need to speak with an attorney in the Post-Trial Division.
- You should first speak with the attorney supervisors of that office.
- If the attorney supervisor cannot answer your concern, contact the branch managers of the office.
- If the Branch Manager cannot answer your question, contact the Post-Trial Division Director, Beth McMahon.
